I understand unforeseen things happen in our lives, so you will not be charged a fee for your first cancellation.

As a small business owner, last minute cancellations and no shows effect my business tremendously. I take pride in my job and do not view it as a "hobby" but as my livelihood and how I make a living. I kindly ask for you to not only respect my time but also appreciate my business, and know that I strive to offer you the best products and services that the industry has to offer.
As you may know, my procedure times can range from 1-3 hours, which is dedicated and reserved to you the client. Please keep this in mind when booking your appointment.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling your appointment requires a 24 hour notice, so that your appointment time can be replaced by another client.
1st last minute rescheduling fee will be waved.
2nd last minute rescheduling will be treated like a cancellation and will be subject to a $25 fee.
